Eight years ago a friend of ours, Liz Formby, invited guests at her 50th birthday party to not give her presents but to donate money to help feed the children in a school in Africa. From the moment that she raised enough money to feed every child for a year, Liz knew that she would need to continue this, and the charity ACEF was born. Over the eight years that Andy and I have been supporting the charity, both of us visiting on separate trips, there have been amazing successes at Brainhouse Academy, transforming the lives of thousands of children. But this year we have undertaken the biggest project yet.  Designing, installing and running green toilets that will generate bio-gas to provide fuel in the school. The project is huge for our little charity and at the time of writing we have had to use the food money for later in the year to fund this project. Andy and I want therefore to replenish the food money for the rest of the year.
