As some of you will know my Dad has suffered from hearing loss since his early 40s and it has had a large impact on his life. It affects him on a daily basis both at work and at home, however I could count on one hand the number of times I've heard him complain about it.

On the 9th/10th September I will be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge and fundraising for Action on Hearing Loss. Any donations towards this would be very much appreciated!
