Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

I am Alice Jeane Maguire, and I am 3 years old. I live with my Mummy, Daddy and my cat Poppet in Gateshead. I like My Little Pony, riding my bike and dressing up like a princess

On Saturday 6th September, I will run the Bupa Mini Great North Run, in aid of St Oswald's Hospice in Newcastle.

The race is 1.5k, which is a long way for legs as little as mine! I am running with much bigger boys and girls, as the race is for 3-8 year olds, but i will do my best. Mummy says it's not the winning but the taking part that counts.

I'm running for St Oswald's, as my Mummy works there and has told me the things they do to help the poorly children and grown ups.  All the doctors and nurses work SUPER hard to look after the people there, but its costs a lot of money. Mummy says they need to raise £6.5 million a year, which is LOTS of coins - even more that I have in my piggy bank!

I am very lucky that I am not poorly, so I really want to do something to help. I have started off the donations on my fundraising page with the money I saved in my piggy bank and I really hope some of my kind friends can sponsor me too.
