The PFC Trust was founded by Patrick and Frances Connolly following a lottery win. It is now the work of a group of like-minded people dedicated to helping their community. A main aim of the Trust is to support the sustainability of projects which are already working for the community.

Story

The idea behind the initiative is to raise £50,000 to purchase a caravan for young Carers and to continue to support the Covid-19 response.

Young Carers in the UK devote a minimum of 25 hours additional a week on top of school work and other commitments to care for their loved ones.  Unlike adult Carers they have no respite options available to them and this is what this initiative plans to change.
