Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My cousin Helen has a very aggressive form of MS. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects your brain, spinal cord and optic nerves in your eyes. With MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged meaning your brain can’t send signals through your body correctly. Your nerves also don’t work as they should to help you move and feel.
The Leicestershire MS Therapy centre offer valuable treatments and counselling locally. The Centre is entirely self-funded, receiving no grants from the central government or the NHS. Fundraising is vital to allow the centre to run.
For anyone that knows me or Helen know how stubborn and determined we both can be! I'm running for her and the therapy centre and its my stubborness and determination that will help me to complete it! Please donate what ever you can as it will all make a difference. Thank you.
