For over twenty five years Tiffany managed Crohn's disease with dignity, courage and stoicism. It was a very private battle that she fought. She was unfailingly strong and determined to live her life to the full and on her own terms, but tragically lost her life too soon. Her husband Simon, son Guy and sister Katy have chosen to support the charity Crohn's and Colitis UK in her memory, in the hope that a cure will soon be found.

Tiff will always be remembered for her big heart, her loyalty and the ability to make us laugh. She was unique.
