SPACE is a local, parent led support group for families that have children with additional needs. The aim of SPACE is to provide safe and accessible play opportunities for children with additional needs and also support their families through peer support and providing information.

They are working towards raising funds for a multi sensory play centre and are currently running play  sessions for children with additional needs that allow them to play along side able bodied children.So far over 150 children have attended these sessions where they provide arts and crafts, toys and games including specially adapted sensory toys and music.

Funds raised enable them to continue these  sessions and also go towards their ultimate goal of a permanent multi sensory centre.
