Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page of the All Par One charity golf teams.

We are back again this year for more grueling punishment and to raise some money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

On Friday 19th June  we will be taking part in The Longest Day Golf Challenge in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

The challenge is to complete 4 rounds of golf, or 72 holes, in just one day without the aid of caddies or buggies. Now the average round of golf is approx. 4 hours, 4 miles and 95 shots. If you multiply all of those stats by 4 this adds up to a lot of numbers that we just can’t count up to yet. All we know is, it’s going to be tough both physically and mentally. But, all of this will be worthwhile to help Macmillan Cancer Support.

We all managed it last year with only a few minor casualties and by some miracle, not one of us was hit by a stray golf ball, although there were a few close calls.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

All donations will be greatly received and thank you in advance for your support.
