Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. The challenge I have chosen to take on is the Great South Run in Portsmouth. I will be running in both the 5 km and the 10 mile races over the weekend in aid of RAF Benevolent fund.

Unfortunately my previous attempt was stopped by him passing away suddenly a couple of weeks before. So I am running the race in memory of my Father as I know he would have been proud to see me achieve it. He was an inspiration and guide who always told me to give anything a try, and give your best effort and it will always be worth it. 

So in that vein I will be running the Great South run and will give my all to get the best time I can get. So please be generously as the charity I am representing RAF Benevolent fund does fantastic work and deserves yours and my support.
