A week today, Sunday 9th September 2018, I am taking part in the Chester Business Club Sponsored 6 Mile Walk in aid of CSASS (Chester Sexual Abuse Support Service).

As some of you may be aware, I have volunteered for this small charity (affiliated to Rape Crisis) for over a year now.  I am a listener on the support line, which is open to adults on Mondays and Wednesdays 6-8 pm.  Additionally, counselling is provided for survivors of childhood abuse and trauma, plus rape survivors (both male and female).  In contrast to other providers the counselling is not limited to just a few sessions.  This is a charity I feel much pride in supporting and being a small charity needs all the help it can get.  If you are able, please consider donating to this great cause.
