My Dad is a Cancer survivor in 2005 he was diagnosed with bowel Cancer and because of huge strides in the treatment of this particular cancer made by Cancer research UK he will be celebrating his 90th birthday on March 5th. To celebrate his survival and pay something back this March I am  going the distance for Cancer Research UK with 10,000 steps a day throughout the month.
