As part of World Mental Health Day 2020, the staff of Alter Domus Guernsey will be undertaking an Ironman challenge on Friday 9 October 2020 consisting of a 4km swim, 180km cycle and 42k run, all proceeds raised will be donated to Guernsey Mind.
