I am raising money for Local Aid- a brilliant local charity that aims to raise awareness of the needs and aspirations of young people with special needs. The organisation provides specialist equipment; arranges travel support, specialist services and activities for young people with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in our local communities. They also support young people with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, and promote the rights of individuals to be supported to reach their potential. They actively support children and families in need.

I am doing the CARTEN100 cycle ride which takes place on 12th May 2018 over a ten hour period as I ride 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby. While the main aim of the event is to get people on their bikes, a benefit of the day is the money everyone raises for charity.
