My sister, Ellen, and I are going to abseil down the tallest building in Ireland to raise funds for two charities - Cancer Focus NI and Save the Children.

The Obel Building in Belfast has 28 floors and is 88m/ 289ft tall and on April 12th, we are planning on taking a leisurely walk down the side of it.
