Deborah Holmes a special friend of Katie Ford's was a massive Philanthropist herself spending time giving back to charity.  Deb's passed away in January this year in St Luke's and was a massive inspiration in helping Katie Ford ( the founder of Fit 4 It) open FIT4IT Hybrid gym where the Fit24 It-a thon is taking place.  Katie and the FIT4 IT team and members would like to give back to St Lukes as a thank you for looking after Debs, who spent so much of her time giving to others and inspiring many.
