As you know I am a big chocolate fan so it seemed like an obvious choice to deprive myself of something I love to try to help the millions of people around the world who are deprived of everything they love.  We often feel so helpless to do anything to stop against the awful things happening around the world so organisations like Amnesty who can and do stand up for the oppressed, displaced and marginalised, allow us to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world who are in need of protection, encouragement and often just the plain hope that they are not alone.
