I have finally taken the plunge to see if I can run a half marathon. (trying to keep up with my husband Gareth!) While testing myself it only makes sense to support and raise money for a super charity, Tenovus. 

The nurses of Tenovus were a huge support to me and my family when I was young and my mother was terminally ill with cancer.

Tenovus's  aims are simple, to help prevent, treat and find a cure for cancer. Offering support to patients and their families, advice and treatments. Also funding research to improve the outcomes for people with cancer. 

So if you see my pounding the pavements around Cowbridge, please do give me a shout or a friendly beep of your car horn, going to need all the help I can get!!!!!  X
