When asked in our Slimming World group what we did for exercise as a child, I remembered how we used to pretend to be riding horses and used to gallop everywhere.

My exercise is limited at the moment as late July I had surgery to remove a large tumour from my left kidney.

So when people were urged to take up this challenge, it was joked that I could trot or do dressage. Little did they know it sparked an idea!

Gentle exercise is good for me but I have to be careful not to overdo it.

My surgery recovery runs the length of this challenge and every other day I will be attempting to do some of the dressage challenges, moving to showjumping, with a twist!

1. I will be riding a skeleunicorn for this

2. The eve of the final challenge day I will be getting married. I will be riding at my wedding reception IF I hit my fundraising target by then

I will be sharing my #bodymagicmoments on my Instagram @whatmindydid to follow as well as on this page
