OK, so here is my story....On August 10th 2017 we lost my Aunty Carol to her 2nd battle with cancer. I can vividly remember the last conversation we had & I want to honour my last words to her!

Rewind 1 year....I had recently had my hair bleached & the bleach had burnt my scalp, so I had to wait to heal before I could dye it a few weeks later. We discussed my choice of bright red & she had said how she "loves the bright colours, not the wishy washy ones". She told me that she had had her wonderful husband (Uncle Tony) shave her hair for her, due to loss during treament. I suggested I would do the same - she agreed I should!

Now I remember her (amazingly perfect) beautifully shaped head after her first fight & treatments had caused hair loss....I did not get to see it this time.

I was going to ask my Aunty C to shave my head, to raise funds for a charity of her choice, after my little cousin's wedding in the October. Heartbreakingly she did not make it.

So here I am, 1 year later, on her anniversary, honouring my last words to my Aunty C - & raising money for her charity of choice.
