Jack and I are taking part in the all out swim at Letchworth outdoor pool where we will be doing 5k (200 lengths of a 25m pool) Letchworth outdoor is a 50m pool so between us will be swimming 50 lengths each as a relay team.

We have 3 hours to do this in but we are going to try our hardest to smash it!

We are doing this as we have witnessed many of our family members suffer with cancer and feel that it is close to our hearts.

Within my family over 7 relatives that I know of have had cancer and some are still fighting.

Unfortunately my granddad has recently passed away from a brain tumour.

Macmillan has supported my granddad so much and we couldn't be more grateful for their work.

I'm sure you have all witnessed a friend or relative who have suffered this horrible disease but you can do something to help!
