I'm Amelia from Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT). My role is to support our Trust to engage and collaborate with the Carers, Families, and Friends of our Service Users and Patients and lead on the Triangle of Care programme. This is to ensure the best outcomes for patients/service users, and also to reduce the risk of carers becoming service users themselves. 

Every Carers Week we support our staff to deliver on a special activity or project for the carers supporting our service users and services. We do this with the funding provided from Brighterway. 

This year, to make our Carers Week 2023 even bigger and better than ever, I'm raising money through a dry January.
