I am going to throw caution to the wind and abseil over 100 metres down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth on 10 August 2013. I would love to see you there, if you would like to support on the day - I'm sure my "I'm not scared of heights" bravado will be quickly lost when faced with the drop! In the meantime, any pennies that you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

The ABF is a hugely worthwhile cause and goes to help people who have been injured during service - both on operations and at home. Please help me give something to this charity and help improve the lives of those who suffer and their families.
