If you've made it this far you will know that James and I are cycling round the Isle of Wight this weekend in aid of the Mission to Seafarers.

After our practice session no time targets have been set (reaching the end in one piece will be an achievement in itself) but  I'm pretty hopeful I can beat James  - if only because he'll be stopping every 20 mins for a cigarette break!
