In true Amy fashion, I’ve decided to raise money for cancer research by getting myself beat up for 3 rounds all in aid of charity! This is in memory of my Dad Gene Ritter who sadly passed away a few years ago, but whose crazy spirit and love of all things ice cream lives on through me.
