If there has been one constant theme in my life, it has been my love of animals (much to the suffering of my poor boyfriend and family)

I began volunteering with The Mayhew earlier this year and cannot tell you how hard they work to provide a safe place and a second chance for all the abandoned and abused animals of London. Charities like the Mayhew cannot survive without donations from the public, so please give as generously as you can!

UPDATE: My aim was to complete the 'Run to the Beat' 10k in under an hour,  I did it in 59 Minutes 59 seconds- boy did my little legs work in those last 30 seconds when time was almost up!

Now that I've completed the 10k 'Run to the Beat' event I will now be tackling a half marathon- *Level up*
