After six years as a trustee of I Choose Freedom, I'm stepping down, but going with a splash!

Between now and Christmas I'll swim 30km. That's 1200 lengths at my local pool. That's a lot of times going up and down and a lot of splashes I tell ya. In return may I pretty please ask you to help me fundraise for this wonderful charity? 

I've set myself a very ambitious target. I know things are tight for most of us, but every pound you can spare, will make a huge difference for the people fleeing domestic abuse and living in our refuges.
