My Dad was diagnosed in April 2010 with a very rare form of cancer, Cholangiocarcinoma, cancer of the bile ducts. His only symptom was Jaundice, which he presented with in February 2010. He fought this disease with great dignity and courage but sadly on 19th February 2011 he passed away peacefully at home, in the arms of Mom and I.

Everybody who had the pleasure of meeting my Dad loved him, he was a true gentleman.

We love and miss you dreadfully Dad and hope that through raising awareness of this very rare cancer we can help other families. The incidence of bile duct cancer or cholangiocarcinoma is 1:100,000 and unfortunately by the time symptoms present it is often too late and the cancer has got a hold.

To the world he was one, to us he was the world.
