Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I always wanted to do a skydive and now I have the chance!
On Saturday the 13th of April 2013 I will be skydiving at the Parachute Centre in Cyprus in memory of a wonderful little boy called Jacob!
Jacob had Asperger Syndrom and died in October 2011, aged 12. In the short time that I spent with him he showed me how amazing this world can be because even though life was not always easy for him he kept smiling and made everyone around him happy every day! I miss him badly and will never forget him!
The charity I hope to raise money for is the National Autistic Society who helps people like Jacob with autism. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is more common than you might think. In the UK alone over half a million people have ASD.
Please take some time to look at their website: www.autism.org.uk to get some more information.
I would be grateful if you would support my crazy idea of jumping out of a plane and help the charity to keep up their excellent work!
Thank you so much, Andrea xx
The ways to donate:
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Another way: if you would rather not transfer money here please let me know and I add your money in form of a check at the end.
