DisAbility Matchday March 2021, 5 mile. · 8 May 2021

On Saturday 8th May 2021, participants will take on their chosen 'March' distance of 3, 5 or 10 miles within their local area, starting and finishing from their home. The walk will raise vital funds for our DisAbility Programmes.

Story

Fulham Football Club Foundation run a number of different programmes for Children and Adults with disabilities in our local community. From Pan DisAbility Football to disability specific sessions; for those with Down's Syndrome, Autism, and Visual Impairments, our aim is to provide an environment best suited to the needs of the individual participants. All our DisAbility Programmes focus on the Ability of the participant and help them to achieve their potential. Funds raised from this walk will go a long to supporting these programmes and the participants involved. This year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic our DisAbility Matchday March 2021 will be completed from Home. With participants completing their chosen distance of 3, 5, or 10 miles around their local areas. The day will include an online 'opening ceremony' and a virtual finish line. Participants will be back home in time to relax, with some food and drink to watch the Fulham FC v Burnley game!
