North Staffs Younger Minds have played a major supporting role for my family during 2016, here's my daughter Gemma to explain how:

'MIND is a charity funded organisation, helping many people with their Mental Health and to cope with issues in our day to day lives.  MIND deals with people who have: anxiety, depression, who have self-harmed and many other causes.  With 1 in 4 people being affected by a Mental Health issue, the work that MIND does is vital.

In the Spring of 2016, I began self-harming.  I felt low and my self-esteem was at rock bottom.  The work that I did with North Staffs Younger MIND allowed me to see past what the bullies told me I was, and I have continued to grow through their support.  I received Counselling and feel safe in the knowledge that there is always someone to support me at Younger MIND.

Without funds to support them though, North Staffs MIND cannot continue its fantastic work.  Many people need the same help and support that I have been given.  So please donate money and sponsor my dad'
