On Thursday September 6th I'll be taking part in the annual Tour de Dyson cycle event.  This is a 100 mile ride from the Dyson HQ in Malmesbury taking in various lumps and bumps around the Cotswolds. 

This isn't the most extreme cycle challenge I've attempted but it is for a really great cause, promoting research into a cruel disease which affects many people every year.  Dyson will be matching donations - so please dig deep!
