Once again I’ve chosen to take part in the WAAT4 event through the Brecon Beacons. The money raised by all participants will be shared out amongst 7 charities: Brecon Mountain Rescue, Wales Air Ambulance, Safer Dyfed Powys, DofE Wales, Downs-Syndrome charity, Woodys Lodge and National Trust. 

I’ll be part of a team navigating 40km over and around the Beacons, it wrecked me last year but totally worth it. Anything you can donate will be massively appreciated!
