On Sunday 30th August 2015, Mr Andrew Hawker, Assistant Headteacher, passed away in his sleep. Although he had been somewhat unwell recently he was only diagnosed with cancer a few days before his sudden death and this has come as real shock to us all at Windsor.

Andrew was one of the most well liked and respected members of staff with colleagues and staff alike. He was an exceptional Maths teacher and has been an inspiration to many students and to staff that he has coached and helped to develop. His work in the sixth form was exceptional and he had a great bond with sixth form students in particular.
