This year I will be riding in the legendary Vatternrundan bike race around Sweden's largest lake.  In total 185 miles in a single ride which will be the longest ride I have ever done.  I'm aiming to finish in sub 10 hours which will require a lot of hard work, training and preparation.

This is a race I've always wanted to take part in so what could be better than combining it with the chance to help others ?

Having lived through cancer when I was younger I know how vital it is to support charities like MacMillan and the work they do so please help me on my quest to raise £5,000 and surpass my previous fund raising efforts.
