We are cycling London to Brighton as we do every year, in aid of Thames Hospice and the BHF, this will be Philip's 39th consecutive year and about the 15th for me, with the team also including Wes Jefferson and Bob Freullet - please support us!!

Thames Hospice has been rated one of the top 7 hospices in the UK.  It has 28 spacious individual bedrooms, Day Care Centre, Provides Hospice at home service, community care service and much more.  The annual running costs of this very special place is in excess of £13 million of which less than 50% comes from government. 

The British Heart Foundation is a cardiovascular research charity in the United Kingdom. It funds medical research related to heart and circulatory diseases and their risk factors, and runs influencing work aimed at shaping public policy and raising awareness.
