I'm raising money for the Help For Heroes charity again.  For every UK Serviceman or woman killed in Afganistan at least 3 are seriously wounded and will require months if not years of support & rehabilitation.  Help For Heroes provide the dedicated facilities & staffing that the government funded projects are not able to do, and with the numbers of service personnel requiring this support ever growing their need for money to fund this work has never been greater.
