I'm doing the London Triathlon on Sunday 23 July to raise the money to sponsor a young person through the Spear programme -  £1500.

The Spear programme has been running at Holy Trinity Swiss Cottage for four years; coaching over 300 16-24 year olds from the most disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds . These young people often face big challenges with confidence, low self-worth and issues such as depression and anxiety.

Through Spear Life, young people regain confidence and a sense of being valuable, while Spear Career gives them the skills they need to prepare for working life. The results are amazing, with 75% of young people still in work or further training one year after graduating from the Spear programme.
