Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am raising money for the Wiltshire Air ambulance on 20/05/2016 as this is a very worthy cause, helping hundreds of people in the most desperate of times all over wiltshire. This is not funded by the government, so relies totally on the charitable people that keep this vital service possible.
I know of several people who have needed this service, and one very close call of a poor person who past away in an accident literally in a car a few behind mine. This hit home how crucial this service is to many. So now's my time to give them as much as we can get together. Who knows who will need these guys next!
In the process of looking for a challenge worthy of attempting, I remembered the response this workout got when I once mentioned it at the gym. I will be completing the Rich Piana's infamous take on the 8-hour arm workout within a working day at Blade Kawasaki in Swindon.
This workout consists of 16 mini-workouts, consisting of 1600 reps on just arms.......... ouch! I think I need all the support and donations I can get!!!
This "workout" will involve 4 sets of 10/15 reps on 4 excercises.... 2 bicep and 2 tricep, alternating every half hour. So 4 sets of 10 reps on Skull crushers and 4 sets of 10 reps on bicep curls, then at the start of the next half hour will be 4 sets of 15 reps on single arm tricep extensions followed by 4 sets of 15 reps on hammer curls....... And then repeat...... for 8 hours!!!
Believe me, this is even harder than it sounds. So wish me luck and support me as much as possible by giving to this great charity. Thank you!
