Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well this is the third year that I am joining a team at work to cycle to raise money for the Samaritans. We head off on September 9th to Venice for 3 days and will climb quite a few mountains to finally get to Verona. It all sounds an uphill battle to me! The Samaritans is a great charity - I know several people who have turned to this organisation and have really been helped - what they do best is just listen and be there for people when they are in need. Samaritans gets its name course from the Bible - the good samaritan. The man who (when others passed by) was there to help the person in need. A truly great parable by Jesus and a great cause built on that original parable that is 2000 years old....

If you can donate - even a small amount - every penny will go to the Samaritans. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

thanks again - As ever - Andy
