Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As a gym owner, class instructor, Insanity Coach, Kettlebell trainer and Personal Trainer I feel it’s about time I was taken out of my comfort zone with a fitness challenge.
So alongside clients, members and staff I am taking on my fear of heights and take on the challenges physically to my body of different exercise and whilst doing this raise money for local charity which I believe does outstanding work.
Having seen 3 children grow I am fully aware of the pressures teenagers face these days and to help in a small way is a simple way to show that recognition and hope it goes some ways to making life a little bit easier for these young stars.
Energie Fitness has the core values of helping people to transform their lives and we hope to inspire and to motivate in this activity and raise money for those who deserve us all to dig a little deeper and help them out.
