Andy's Riding For Reuben

London to Paris Bike Ride · 21 June 2013 to 24 June 2013 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I’m training to cycle from London to Paris over 3 days in June of this year, and I’ll be raising funds to support Reuben’s Retreat.
Reuben is the much loved son of Mike & Nicola and brother of Isaac, who sadly fell asleep in his Mummy’s arms on 21 August last year, aged just 23 months after suffering a very rare and aggressive form of cancerous tumour – only 4 or 5 cases occur in the UK every year. Reuben received the best care possible and fought bravely but was unable to overcome his illness.
Despite their devastating grief his brave and inspirational parents have set up a charity in his name. They plan to have a retreat for children with life limiting and life threatening illnesses, with a support and bereavement counseling centre for parents and children who have lost their precious siblings.
I worked with Nicola at Holiday Autos and would very much like to make my relatively small contribution to the inspirational work that she, her husband Mike, their son Isaac and her friends & family are doing in order to make their wish become a reality.
Every penny, as they say on TV, will make a difference. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to Reuben’s Retreat and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation so it’s the most efficient way to donate.
So please dig deep and donate now. Thank you!
