Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be running 1,000 miles in 2016, along the way I will be taking part in fun runs, half marathons and finishing the year with my first marathon. 

I have a condition called osteopenia, this condition affects my lower spine and causes significant pain, running is encouraged and is strengthening my back. I also have a uncomfortable inflammatory bowel disorder which makes day to day life more 'exciting' and again makes exercise more challenging but I am confident that this challenge will improve my well being and hopefully raise a few quid for an excellent charity that my incredibly talented auntie founded to make a difference to 1,000's of peoples lives across the world.
