Having already cycled for Macmillan after my friend Cheryl died of cancer, I wasn't going to do another.  Then, in Oct 2012, my lifelong friend Angie Carroll passed away too.  My daughter Anelise told me to stop crying and make a difference.  She's coming with me this time on the California Cycle Challenge 2013 in September.  We'll be cycling 450km in 6 days and have set ourselves a BIG target, aiming to raise £8,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support (that's £17.77 per kilometre....).  Please support us and wish us well, - we have a lot of training to do!!  Lyn x
