My dad had went for an afternoon nap in his chair when he was 79 & woke up & couldn't see! A previously active man, driving A Car & Campervan home, & Abroad,  suddenly his Independence was taken from him, DIY, Gardening,  Cooking,  Computer,  Making Model Aircraft & Flying them,  Making bird tables,  all suddenly stolen from him, he must have been frightened & terrified but showed no fear & was incredibly brave. He has been registered Blind now for sometime & as soon as permitted I intend to get his Social Life back up & Running 🏃‍♀️😀Starting with The WONDERFUL Dorset Blind Association!
