The Queen whispered in my ear …would I mind awfully doing something for her...could I run a marathon in Honolulu. I accepted with the lure of a nice coastal run in some warm December sunshine, forgetting that I would have to run 26.2 miles in ‘scorching’ heat at 5 am in the morning – and also seem to be clocking up 26.2 injuries too.

 

So to make the injury pain worth it on 12th DEC, I will be running in support of www.Build-Africa.org.  The charity works in rural areas of Uganda and Kenya to help people escape poverty through education and income generation. Any support you can give will be very gratefully appreciated.
