We are looking to fund an additional 'My Life' Digital computer- this fabulous award winning equipment recognises the importance and significance that reminiscence therapy holds in improving experience whilst reducing the risks associated for people living with Dementia, Delirium and/or memory problems during an inpatient hospital admission.

Examples include different genres of music, films and activities which promote participation considering a wide cultural background to alleviate boredom and promote social interaction.

Feedback from Families and Carers include ;

"  Listening/watching Mum today, it was nice to get a part of her back that we haven't seen for such a long time "

"My Dad actually managed to forget that he was in Hospital for a period of time following the use of Software"

Staff feedback following use of the software is fantastic, an example being;

"We managed to get Mrs A to take her tablets today for the first time, she appeared relaxed, content and happy".

We are passionate and invested in raising money to improve hospital experience for patients living with Dementia, memory problems and Delirium.
