I'm walking 100km this month  in memory of my grandaughter  who was born sleeping  Martha jones  who would  be 4 this year .i used to walk 10 thousand steps no problem but over the last year im lucky if i do 10k in a week ,so getting up and actually moving at the moment is a challenge to me ,
