Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Well, just when you thought I couldn't get any madder,  I am now heading off to Costa Rica in order to cycle 680 km in 8 days, camping in a little old two man tent every night! This is all thanks to Ken Tappenden who is the father of Jan, who sadly passed away this year aged 45 years. She was a serving officer with Kent Police and worked at my station, Medway. Her family had great support from Macmillan and have taken this as their main charity. The family wanted four officers from Medway to take part in this challenge and I was lucky enough to get my name pullled out of the hat. So, please dig deep and make a donation on this site, so that all that chaffing wont go to waste! I set off on the 6th Feb 2010.
