As you all will know my Dad had a very special place in my heart and always will, he touched many peoples lives through his long life making them all the richer for knowing him. He worked and played hard, danced for 92 of his 96 years and lived life to the full. Unfortunately his body gave way to cancer and during his last few weeks was fortunate enough to get a place at The East Cheshire Hospice, who rely on the goodwill of individuals for funding. They need at least £6,000 each day to maintain their high standard of care they offer to those people suffering illness for which there is no cure. Wow! what brilliant people work there, staff and an army of volunteers, they are all angels and give so much to patients and their families and are very committed and I can't praise them enough.

 I feel, in a small way, I can contribute to the running of the place by doing this sponsored walk and hope you can find a way to sponsor me. I thank you in anticipation.
