Rob Cattermole was a very special young man who was tragically killed whilst riding home on his motorcycle just before Christmas 2016, just before his 21st birthday and just as his adult life was really starting to begin.  

There will be a team of people running the Colchester 10k on Sunday May 14th 2017 raising money for charity and I will be one of them.  Now 10k may not seem like a big distance but to novice runners like myself and my friends who have only run 5k's in the past...10k is the next big step and we won't find it easy...but we do this with the memory of Rob's cheeky grin in our minds, and will celebrate with a Desperado in his honour as we cross the finish line!
